> 確か台湾(違うかも)辺りの東南アジアでのストIIは、3ボタンでやるのもあるとメストで読んだ事があります。

This matter really happened, but duration was short (not more than 2 months).
Taiwan's arcade ecology is always strange and unbelievable at many hands.
The most reason of them is that managers of game centers don't care about their customers at all.
Why did 3-buttons-olny SF2 machines temporarily appear in Taiwan?
Because managers thought first that was additional and unnecessary cost (most of machines at that time were 2 or 3 button only),
seldom considered that gamers felt good or not.
Of courcse, that appearance (that is, 3-buttons-olny SF2) was finally smashed by unprecedented profit of the new game type:Fighting Game.
Even though managers don't care about gamers, they care about money.
However, Taiwan's gamer are still living under hostile environment till now.
Besides strange thoughts of managers, laggard policy of government and ridiculous viewpoint of the mass...
time purges NONE of problems.
